Missing commercial invoice - UPS

Sometimes, customers will notify you that their delivery appears stuck due to UPS missing a commercial invoice. Step by step guide to fix the issue:


Save invoice to PDF on Editor

Go to shipping history on the UPS website

Select the tracking number of the order

Choose 'Upload documents' and select document type 'Commercial invoice'

Select the saved PDF, tick the box and upload the documents


The tracking should now say that the customs have been cleared.
