Returns in the UK happen either through UPS or through PalletForce.
Returns can be very case-dependant, but a usual rule of thumb is that we accept non-faulty returns within the first month as long as the item hasn't been in use. The shipping fee will be covered by the customer if the item isn't faulty.
If it is a smaller item that was shipped with UPS, you can simply print a return label on the order on the Editor. Then the customer simply has to print the label and can then ship it back.
For larger returns that need to be scheduled with PalletForce, it should be arranged with Paul/Max. Be sure to select a specific date with the customer beforehand and ensure that they have original packaging/a pallet before contacting Paul/Max.
In either case, make sure to note the reason for the return on the order. This lets Paul/Max know what needs to happen with the order when it returns to the warehouse.
