Collection with Danske Fragtmænd

To arrange a collection with Danske Fragtmænd, you have to go through the Webfragt website: https://webfragt.fragt.dk/Webfragt2.WebClient/index.html.

At the top of the page, select 'returnering'.

Fill out the customer's information.

Fill out the information of the package (weight & size), and the required pallet size. You can almost always find this information by seeing what Jakob wrote when it was delivered; this can be found under 'Oversigt' at the top of the Webfragt website. If unsure, you can contact Jakob.

Be sure to note the reason for the return on the order and notify Jakob that a pallet is being returned to us.
