If a smaller package within Denmark is to be returned to us, it happens through GLS.
On the order within the Editor, you can simply download a PDF of a return label on the top bar.
Make sure to write the reason for the return on the order so Jakob knows what needs to happen when it returns.
If it simply needs to be refunded, you simply need to look up the order number on AltaPay and refund the amount that the product is worth. Remember to create a credit note on the order and note it on the order.
